I just started my senior year and a lot has changed since my last journal entry. I completed more things my plans have changed, thoughts about college and universities, and what I want to do after high school to. first of all my plans after high school has changed some what I still want to attend college but I want to attend a junior college first. I want to become a Navy Seal; not an easy task but i'm confident I can do it. One thing that may set me back will be my eyesight and maybe my learning disability. I feel my learning disability won't affect me and learning all the things they throw at me.
I'm doing pretty good on my classes I finally figured out what I need to do that could benefit me in the long run. I also figured that if I do not mess around and just get it done it will all pay off no matter what. if I keep this up towards the end of my senior year I can just relax and do whatever else I need to do. there is some major things before the end of the semester. some of those are meeting with a Navy recruiter and talking about all the things I need to do so I can be successful in training and some of my setbacks. another is finishing my classes on pace or ahead of pace there's no room for falling behind at all in any class. I need to stay on top of things and get them done on time. just like my journal entry I wish I would have done this and been more mentally prepared. I'm not so far behind I'm still on pace to graduate but I could do so much better.
I am not having no difficulties with my senior project yet I know I will later own but that's when I just ask my LF for help or someone who knows what they are doing. so far I'm liking my senior project I like writing my journals. so later on in life I can probably come back to these and look back at my high school years and feel how much I have grown mentally and physically. some steps I'm taking to prepare myself for my life after high school is taking more stuff into my hand when it comes to emailing a teacher going out and helping family learning how to cook more basic stuff to help me. I’m feeling some what supported with the path I’m taking because before my plans was to continue playing sports and maybe make it pro. I then realized that I don't wanna do that it wasn't for me. one day during my junior year a marines recruiter wanted me to join but I was unsure after a few talks with my mom and a great family friend he told me “no its either navy or the air force”. thats how i got the thought of becoming a U.S. Navy Seal.
